We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Bananhot pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for all unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the swimwear in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective hygiene stickers are still attached to the garments.

  Ship Your Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
